January 15th-17th 2016 Aimee and I completed our FAST defence instructor training, One of our other team members was Patrick and our Daughter Aiki came along for the ride.
We got to meet Bill Kipp founder of Fast and Andras who is the UK and soon to be Europe lead instructor. See picture below.
It was an amazing three days of training and very soon we will be offering courses.
To add Aimee will also be going in the predator suit to help train people and she is one of only two ladies in the world to every do this type of training.
