Advice to participants

  1. Anyone joining the course is asked to complete a health assessment questionnaire, as some aspects of the sessions are physical. As part of this you are required to inform us of any injuries or illnesses you may have and any medication you are currently taking, whether short term or long term.
  2. Although we aim to minimise injury, accidents do happen. Please report any injury to the instructors immediately so that it can be properly tended, treated and recorded in our accident book.
  3. All jewellery, including rings, watches, bracelets, earrings and so on must be removed to minimise the risk of injury.
  4. Participants must be clean and sober. Anyone found to be under the influence of any alcohol or non-prescription drugs will be removed immediately.
  5. Our courses are meant to be fun, but we still need participants to act in a responsible manner. We discourage any horseplay during sessions as this poses the threat of injury to yourself and others.
  6. To make the most of the class and ensure everyone is free from distraction, please switch off your mobile phone before the class begins.
  7. Please wear appropriate clothing which is both comfortable and loose fitting with a lot of movement. This includes sensible footwear.
