Class Details
Day/Time: Classes will run every Friday evening from 6:00pm – 7:00pm.

Aimee Fairburn
Aimee is the highest graded female in the country in Jushinkai Aiki Jutsu and she has also
won various kata and kumite competitions within karate and kuk sool won. She received
an Outstanding Achievement Award from the Mayor of Felixstowe and was winner of
Suffolk Coastal Sports Personality of the Year in 2012.
Scott Fairburn
Scott has been involved in various martial arts and self defence for over ten years.
He has completed and graded in the following:-
‘The Approach’ self defence methods instructor course under Eddie Quinn. Conflict Management Level 2 course.
1st Dan Black Belt in Kuk Sool Won
1st Dan Black Belt in Kamishin Ryu Jujutsu
CPD’s – a continuing professional development award covering Physical Abuse, Domestic Abuse and Bullying.
NCFE Level 3 Award in Exercise Physiology, MMA Fitness Instructor certificate, Kickboxing Fitness Instructor certificate and Fox Force Self Defence Instructor certificate.
Current Chairman of Nakama Dojos Aiki Jutsu Club in Felixstowe a non profit organisation.
We both train and hold grades in the following arts:-
Aiki Jutsu, Goshin Jutsu, Kamishin Ryu Jujutsu, kuk Sool Won, Satomi kai Aikido, Shorin Ryu karate and Universal karate.
We hold grades in
Karate (EKKA), Bujinkan Ninjitsu, Judo, kickboxing and Kung Fu
We have also trained in
Escrima, MMA, BJJ a few other styles of Ju Jutsu, sword and other martial arts.
